Caloric intake and weight loss

Very help tool that is easily accessible through The Post website. Membership not necessary. This calculator really puts things into perspective. Sometimes, I feel discouraged by weight loss and maintenance because I am always hungry because of my level of activity and the fact that I just love to eat. Being able to accurately quantify the calories I eat and use is helpful and encouraging. Its a great way to monitor your intake vs output in order to achieve your weight/fitness/health goals, made as convenient as possible.
